???? Job Title: Marketing Specialist

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

???? Experience: 3–5 years in a marketing role (preferably in the F&B industry)

???? Age: Up to 35 years

???? Work Location: Masr Al-Gdeda

???? Net Salary: 15,000 EGP (increases based on experience)

???? Working Hours: From 9 AM to 5 PM

???? Weekly Day Off: Friday & Saturday

???? Requirements:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition

• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials

• Manage social media platforms, SEO/SEM activities, and online advertising campaigns

• Assist in organizing marketing events, product launches, and trade shows

• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)

• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and measure ROI against KPIs

• Support budget management and ensure cost-effective marketing activities
